Questions I get about the B01 Series

What's the real difference between a sub-compact BX and a compact B01?

Frame size and ground clearance. The B01 is a step up in frame from the BX without a step up in fuss, so pick it over a BX when the property is rougher than a lawn — the extra clearance earns its keep on uneven or wooded ground.

Does the B01 come with HST or a gear transmission?

It depends on the model. The B2301 and B2601 are HST, while the B2401 runs a 9-forward/3-reverse gear transmission — so both options exist in the series depending which model fits your use.

Is there a cab option on the B01 series?

No, all three B01 models (B2301, B2401, B2601) are open station only. If a cab is a must-have, the LX20 series is the next step up that offers one.

What size property fits the B01 series?

Roughly 1 to 10 acres — the same range as the BX80, but for ground that's rougher, hillier, or has more brush than a manicured lawn.
