Questions I get about the L02 Series

What's the L02 series best suited for?

It's the chore tractor I quote first for a hobby farm on a budget — an honest, no-frills tractor without anything you didn't ask for. Horsepower runs from 24.8 on the L2502 up to 48.4 on the L4802.

Does the L02 come with HST or gear drive?

All four models — L2502, L3302, L3902, and L4802 — are available with either HST or an 8-forward/8-reverse gear transmission, so it's really a choice of pedals versus gears rather than a model-by-model split. HST is generally easier to learn on and simpler for stop-and-go loader work; gear drive can be more efficient for steady, sustained tasks.

Is there a cab option on the L02 series?

No, the L02 series is open station across all four models (L2502, L3302, L3902, L4802). It's positioned as the value tractor in the L family, so a cab isn't offered here.

Can the L02 run 3-point and PTO implements?

Yes, it's a standard 3-point hitch tractor with PTO horsepower ranging from about 19 on the L2502 up to 39 on the L4802 (HST models; gear-drive versions run a bit higher on each end), so it will run mowers, tillers, blades, and similar rear-mounted implements sized to that horsepower.
