4WD is standard on the F10's higher-spec models — the F2510 and the flagship F3710 — because commercial crews running large decks and attachments through varied terrain and seasons need that traction as a baseline. The lineup does include one 2WD option, the entry-level F2510E, for buyers on flatter, drier routes who'd rather keep the upfront cost down.

The F10 runs 60 to 72 inch decks, the same range as the F90, so the choice between the two comes down to horsepower needs and attachment demands rather than deck size.

If your routes and attachments don't need the extra horsepower, the F90 will do the job for less money. The F10 makes sense once you're running the heaviest commercial attachments or want the most capable front-mount platform available.
